- Record a clear opening/unboxing video of the parcel from the start (before opening the package) showing the shipping label and full unboxing process.
- Send the video and issue details to support@peacocknighties.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Important:
Complaints without a proper opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The video is required to verify and process any replacement requests.
If the issue is found valid after verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit (at our sole discretion).
